JUSTPOWER JPA series brushless alternator is adopting Stamford technology, using top class materials, such as 800 silicon steel for rotor and stator, pure cooper wire with H class insulation, hence it can generate stable voltage and strong power output.

* For this series, we are offering 2 years warranty.

* Various color options are available. The most popular colors are gray, black and green. Also some customers like red and military green color.

* Different voltage are available. 110V/220V/230V/380V/400V/415V/440V, 50Hz and 60Hz application both available.

* Single bearing and double bearing connection is available for all JUSTPOWER alternators.

For single bearing, the adaptor size can be NO. 00, NO. 0, NO. 1/2, NO. 1, NO. 2, NO. 3, NO. 4, NO.5. And the coupling disc size can be #6.5, #7.5, #8, #10, #11.5, #14, #16, #18, #21.

For example, the SAE size can be 4#7.5, 3#11.5, 2#11.5, 1#14, etc. If you need other connection size, please kindly let us know.

For double bearing, the adaptor size can be NO. 00, NO. 0, NO. 1/2, NO. 1, NO. 2, NO. 3, NO. 4, NO.5.

* As for JUSTPOWER brushless synchronous alternator, the standard protection class is IP22. If you need IP23 protection class, we can also provide. However, the alternator rated output will be down for about 5%.

* The alternator rated speed is 1500RPM for 50Hz and 1800RPM for 60Hz, the max over-speed allowance is 25%.

* JUSTPOWER brushless alternators are with H class insulation.

* All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch. This eliminates triplen (3rd, 9th, 15th …) harmonics on the voltage waveform and is found to be the optimum design for trouble-free supply of non-linear loads. The 2/3 pitch design avoids excessive neutral currents sometimes seen with higher winding pitches, when in parallel with the mains. A fully connected damper winding reduces oscillations during paralleling. This winding, with the 2/3 pitch and carefully selected pole and tooth designs, ensures very low waveform distortion.

* All generator rotors are dynamically balanced for minimum vibration in operation. Two bearing generators are balanced with a half key.

– The automatic voltage regulator (AVR) control secures trouble-free operation under the most demanding conditions.
